We from Mangalorean Kiwi Community had a wonderful day and a chance to be in the Easter Vigil choir of Indian Holy Cross Community, Papatoetoe.
We as an Indian Community did the Offertory Hymn in the Vigil “ Hum Kare Teri Vandana “ in Hindi language.
It was the first indian language hymn in the parish for the first time of the parish history.
We where a team of 9 members and we had privilege of having past Indian Idol contestant Mr. Joseph to join and lead us in the preparation and celebration.

It was a successful singing and we were appreciated by the Parish Priest , Paris council and many members .
We got the offer to do the entire mass ceremony every month
once’s which is a great pat on our back and we are happy to should our Indian Community presence in this kiwi land .
